We are pleased to present the completed project in Lava Tolstoja Street, which includes the construction of a new parking lot with 65 spaces and horticulturally landscaped green areas.

After the reconstruction of the road last year, this street now has a completely new look, connection to the roundabout and an additional 40 parking spaces.

The new parking area, equipped with traffic signals and LED lighting, brings residents not only functionality but also an aesthetic experience with lawns, tree seedlings and decorative shrubs. A total of 20 new trees and 210 seedlings of ornamental shrubs further enrich the space, making it a pleasant and green part of the Dobrinja settlement.

This project is crucial for the reorganization of internal traffic, the planning of new parking areas and the creation of space for vehicles, enabling the closure of the pedestrian zone on Bulevar branicala Dobrinja. About 100 parking spaces are now available, and the plan envisages the provision of additional spaces in the future, in the area of the local communities of Dobrinja C and D. The project creates a positive shift towards a more organized and accessible urban environment and facilitates the organization of traffic at rest.
